Janlokpal bill


Janlokpal bill updated : Today I talked to
1. RTO Officer
2. Professor
3. Constable

RTO officer said they take money because they have to pay to upper department. Mainly two kind of (Compulsory) bribe they pay
1. Money for Transfer from one place to another place
2. According to city richness they need to pay money to Ministers for day to day operation.

Now they can't pay if they don't take it from JANTA. if they have paid ,lets say, 40 L for transfer, they will try to make 80 L from the city. And here you go.

He suggested, to a minister, that don't take any transfer bribe just from Collector and it will make difference. Minister replied good idea, but NO implementation. Who listens good ppl.

They all says Janlokpal is good and they are supporting it :).
