Use RTI for the candidates in UP and expose corruption. Put a list of candidates with list of their corruption and criminal charges on internet and in media. And ask ppl to not vote for them. Ask parties to select good candidates and do oppose them if they fail to do so.   It would be good to write BLOG by arvind or anna, share with all the media and write about y we need to vote for good ppl. Increasing voting percent from educated ppl. How corruption is happening and how its affecting common person. Meaning, for now, how corruption is affecting local person leaving in UP, panjab etc.  How to become a good leader. Be in headline in HINDI media - Keep coming in electronic media (interviews, participation in discussion, even in the poll discussion) and write to HINDI print media (Articles about corrupt ppl).
